PUB GOLF

Complete all holes (pubs) consuming your drinks in as few "strokes" (sips/gulps) as possible. Lowest total score wins. Each pub is a hole. The par is your target number of drinks.

Golf attire strongly encouraged — polo shirts, chinos, caps, plaid. Proper golfers only. DQ possible for dress code violations at the committee's discretion.

Your score per hole = number of drinks consumed. Finish within par = good. Under par = excellent. Over par = penalties may apply. Record your score as drinks consumed + penalties.

Same drink must be consumed at every hole OR designated "course drink" agreed before teeing off. No switching mid-round. Mixers and soft drinks count as +1 penalty stroke per sip.

Each hole has a maximum time of 15 minutes. Players still drinking after 15 min receive +1 stroke penalty per extra minute. Marshals (designated sober helpers) keep time.

No setting down drinks between sips (if par 1 hole). Be respectful to bar staff and other patrons. Behave — getting kicked out = DQ. Look after your fellow players.

Drink water between holes. Eat before and during. Nobody is forced to drink. Non-alcoholic options are always allowed. Look after each other. Know your limits!

Lowest total strokes wins the coveted Golden Pint Trophy 🏆. Ties broken by who finished last hole quickest. Champion buys the 19th hole round!
